Antonio is passionate about creating sustainable growth through customer loyalty. He serves as advisor for multiple startup companies in the US and Europe. He is currently CEO of SeedUPS,
the most innovative equity Crowdfunding platform in its pre-launch phase. Most recently he served as Chief Customer Officer in the company he co-founded, Infolink Technology Solutions. He serves as BOD member for the Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley. Antonio consults and is a keynote speaker in areas around Customer Experience Innovation as well as Open Innovation for large global Corporations in Europe.
Antonio has led Customer Experience and Services groups for top trusted brands, such as Hewlett-Packard and Intuit. As Vice President at Intuit he transformed the way consumers and small businesses were served, redesigning the entire experience and launching the Customer Advocacy function. This significant paradigm shift aimed to increase investments, focus within the company and take care of customer with “addictive experiences”.
Prior to Intuit Antonio was Vice President of Customer Experience and Services for HP’s Personal Systems Group. He was responsible for leading the customer experience optimization programs across the value chain. Under his leadership, HP was awarded “Excellence in Service Operations” by the Technology Services Industry Association and ranked No. 8 in their annual Business Week/J.D. Power & Associates Consumer Service Champs Survey.
A veteran high tech executive Antonio served in a variety of global, as well as regional leadership roles in distribution, sales administration, strategic planning, marketing, procurement and customer services. In addition, he was one of the top executives selected to lead the integration of HP’s merger with Compaq- the largest IT integration ever attempted at the time.
Antonio as been recognized as one of the “Top 100 Most Influential Hispanics in Technology” for 6 consecutive years (2009-2015) by Hispanic IT Executive Council, as well as one of the “200
most influential Hispanics in IT” by Hispanic Engineer & IT Magazine. He also served as the executive sponsor for Latino Employee Networks both at Intuit and HP. He is also an advisor to
the top Latino publication in Northern California “Silicon Valley Latino” magazine.
Antonio holds an MBA and BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Mexico’s Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM). He has completed executive education training at Stanford, UCLA and MIT. An avid runner, cyclist and golfer, he takes advantage of the beautiful Northern California outdoors where he currently resides.
